To request after-hours access to anyone who does not have a card key, please have the authorized Tenant Contact fill out the attached request form and submit it to the management office for approval.
All contractors requesting security clearance/access must inform the Property Management Office in writing 24 hours prior to the commencement of work. Please fill out this form completely and deliver or fax to M-M Properties @ 214-220-3340. For more information, please call 214-220-3300.
This Form must be signed/approved by a Building Manager as well as an Engineering Manager before access is granted.
